Mr. Ambalal H. Jain
Founder
Mr. Ambalal Jain was a textile trader in Mumbai in the late 1970's. With his experience and zeal to grow, he was successful in expanding and building his own mill for fabric manufacture by the 1980’s.
He had a vision to innovate and portrayed leadership with a forward-thinking mentality to embrace change. He is also known for his philanthropic nature and dignity towards his employees.
Son of Mr. Ambalal Jain, Mukesh started working part time with his father at the early age of 15. By the age of 22, he had understood the business well enough and began helping it expand. With his experience in the technical and management know-how of the company, added with his understanding of the fabric manufacturing stages and processes, it was not difficult for him to broaden the business dimensions from manufacturing of fabric to manufacturing of garment and exporting it worldwide.
His futuristic vision allows Radium to anticipate fashion trends and develop designs to meet those demands. He displays the skill and expertise of the who’s who in the fashion industry and thus also plays a role as a designer and crafter of fashion. This allows Radium to adopt the latest trends and execute them to perfection. His knowledge of and experience in fabric manufacturing enables the development of new, trendy fabrics as well.
Son of founder Mr. Mukesh Jain, an alumnus of S.P. Jain School of Global Management, joined the business in 2016 and is the newest partner in the team.
During his graduation course of BBA, Sidhant flew to Singapore and Dubai, for a year each. The exposure to the cultures of different cities in the world has given him a greater experience to understand the working of global business environment.
